Rhonda A. Ballinger, CMRS, Director of Operations, responsible for the overal strategy and execution of objectives, she provides oversight in all facets of the organization. Her experience includes medical management in both the medical practice and ASC settings, as well as extensive experience in managed care contracting, billing, accounts receivable management, compliance, accounts payable, fee schedule development, and credentialing. She participates in all client centered consulting projects and oversees the management of all “in-house” billing services. If requested, she makes herself available to work on-site, temporarily, to accomplish the necessary training, as well as to build the fundamental infrastructure needed to attain a given key objective. As she is quite conversant with available information technology, she is able to incorporate suggestions regarding current readiness in this area as an integral component of her activities. Prior to joining Medical Business Solutions of GA,LLC, she was the Administrator of Moultrie Urology ASC, located in Moultrie, Georgia. The freestanding ambulatory surgery center provided outpatient urological services. Ms. Ballinger, while serving as Director of Provider Services, for a Regional Medical Care Company, directed a complete revision and update of the physician fee schedules, for a 550 physician network. Ms. Ballinger is a member of the American Urological Association Practice Management Network, American Medical Billing Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, Professional Association of Health Care Office Management, American Lithotripsy Society, Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association, Georgia Medical Group Management Association, ASC Association, and Associaton of Certified Fraud Examiners. In addition, Ms. Ballinger is certified as a Medical Reimbursement Specialist. |
